everybody dance! provides
classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop
and modern to under–served Los
Angeles children. everybody
dance! intentionally offers an
intensive and demanding program
on the theory that children respond
best when challenged to do their
best. everybody dance! has
grown from 35 students and 12
weekly classes to over 900
students and 103 weekly classes.
Many dancers attend class two to
five times weekly. To enhance
their dance education, students
regularly attend professional ballet,
tap and jazz performances in order
to learn first–hand what they are
capable of attaining with discipline,
determination and hard work.
